Xtreme Drying was recently called to assist with a recurring water damage issue at a residential property in Chandler, AZ, managed by a local property management company. The management team reported that a tenant had experienced a drain backup originating from the laundry room—an issue that had occurred four times within a 24-hour period. The tenant, understandably frustrated, had already attempted to clean the water during each event. By the time our team arrived, the water had been toweled up again, but the underlying issue had yet to be addressed.
